We stayed for 3 night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was professional and amicable. There was a nice restaurant on the way.

Zamalek neighborhood is the ultimate place to stay in Cairo! The apartment was mind-blowing, equipped with a jaw-dropping kitchenette, washer, and drying racks. The AC rocked, the bathroom was spotless, and the bed was moderately comfy. Plenty of hot water too! The staff was super professional and welcoming, always just a WhatsApp message away. They even accommodated our late/early arrival and departure. And let's not forget the location, it was absolutely amazing! We felt safe as can be, with 24/7 security. The neighborhood was bustling with young, hip college students and there were markets, coffee shops, and restaurants galore within walking distance. This place is a hidden gem in the heart of Cairo!

Travelled to explore Cairo, this apartment was a characterful base for doing it. It had a good setting short walk to shops, downtown, Islamic Cairo, and Coptic Cairo and all the main attractions which is really convenient.

We had a fantastic experience at Brassbell Apartments in Zamalek. Adel, who met us for check-in, was extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. He made himself available for any questions we had throughout our stay. the apartments were very comfortable and clean, and the location was convenient with nice restaurants, stores, and a metro station nearby. the host, Mohamed, was always quick to respond and provided great communication. He gave us a warm welcome, helped with our bags, and showed us around the apartment. We were thrilled to see him again for checkout. Thank you, Brassbell, for an unforgettable stay!

You can easily explore the city center and take in the sights. the apartment is spacious and modern, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. the staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist you. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay. There are also facilities like a kitchen and washing machine, making it convenient for families. it's a great place to stay while visiting Egypt.

The sofa/futon could have been more comfortable.

We had a very comfortable stay in Cairo close to downtown, Islamic Cairo, and Coptic Cairo, and all the main attractions which is really convenient and cheap. It was marvelous in the center.

The apartment was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants. We felt safe walking around and there were plenty of options for dining nearby. The staff was helpful and friendly, always available to assist us. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, and the pictures online were accurate.

Finding the apartment was a challenge as there were no signs and the street was poorly lit. The lack of privacy in the bedroom was also a downside, as there was no door separating it from the rest of the apartment.

The apartment at Brassbell in Zamalek was really cozy with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. It felt like a home away from home, perfect for a longer stay like mine.

For me personally, I found the kitchenette a bit small. But some might still find it useful and enjoy cooking simple meals.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the convenient amenities at Brassbell Apartments. The kitchenette and washer in our room made it easy for us to prepare our own meals and do laundry during our stay. The AC was great, the bathroom clean, and the staff highly professional and welcoming. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and a metro station within walking distance. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood, thanks to the presence of 24/7 security. The WiFi was excellent and the smart TV was a nice bonus.
